Most developers ask you to trust a brochure. We would rather you trust the paperwork. These are the six commitments we hold ourselves to — and that you are entitled to verify.
Ameya Heights is a founder-led developer in Bangalore and Chennai. We do not publish testimonials we cannot prove, ratings we did not earn, or approvals we do not hold. Instead, we publish a standard — and the evidence behind it. If we ever fall short of any point below, you have our name and our number to say so.
The six commitments
Every development carries the founder's name, personally. There is no faceless committee to hide behind — if something is promised, a named person is answerable for it.
We secure the statutory approvals a project needs before we ask you for money. You buy into an address that is already sanctioned — not a promise that it will be, someday.
We do not sell on renders and soft-launch urgency before a project is real and cleared. If it is not ready to be sold honestly, it is not for sale.
A named member of the team — often the founder — replies to you directly, usually within a couple of hours. No call-centre, no ticket number, no spam.
We share dated, honest progress from the site as it happens. You are invited to watch the building get built, not just to see it once it is finished and photographed.
Approval references, authorities and documents are put in front of you to check independently. We would rather you confirm the facts yourself than take our word for them.
