Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Ameya Heights LLP ("Ameya Heights", "we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use www.ameyaheights.com, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. For the purposes of the Act, Ameya Heights LLP is the Data Fiduciary.

What we collect, and why

We rely on your consent as the legal basis for processing. We do not use "legitimate interest", pre-ticked boxes, or consent buried in terms. We ask for consent in clear language, separately for responding to your enquiry and for marketing updates.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site, under their data-processing terms:
- Google: Apps Script & Sheets (storing your enquiry), reCAPTCHA (spam protection), Fonts, Maps, and Analytics & Tag Manager (only if you consent).
- Google Gemini: powers the “Ask Ameya” AI chat. Messages you send in the chat are processed by Google’s Gemini API to generate a reply. Please don’t share sensitive personal information in the chat.
- Resend: delivers our transactional email, for example sending your enquiry to our team. It handles the details you submit in a form.
- cal.com: powers site-visit booking. If you book a slot, it captures your name, email and chosen time.
- Plausible: privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp under Meta’s terms.
- Vercel & Upstash: website hosting, the secure form endpoint, and the rate-limiting store that protects our forms from abuse.
Some of these providers — including Google Gemini, Resend, cal.com, Vercel and Upstash — process data outside India (for example, in the United States). We rely on their standard data-processing protections. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights under the DPDP Act
- Access: a summary of the data we hold about you, its purpose and sharing.
- Correction: fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data.
- Withdraw consent: as easily as you gave it (for analytics, use "Cookie preferences" below; for enquiry or marketing data, email us).
- Nominate: nominate someone to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

Children
This site and our services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact our Grievance Officer and we will delete it.
