For buyers

How buying works, start to keys.

A clear, no-pressure walk-through of the whole process: what to check, what you pay and when, and how financing and approvals fit, so nothing about buying feels uncertain. This page is guidance to help you decide; it is not a booking or an offer.

“Documented, in the open, and yours to check at every step.”

The process, step by step

Short and documented, the same way we build. You are never asked to commit before you have seen the papers.

01 · Enquire

Tell us what you are looking for. We share what fits, the indicative price and current availability, and answer questions by call, WhatsApp or email, in English, Hindi or Arabic.

02 · Verify

Review the layout, the approvals and the title before any commitment. We would rather you check everything up front than take anything on trust.

03 · Finance

Work out a home loan and your monthly instalment. Indian banks and NBFCs finance both resident and NRI purchases; the EMI calculator gives you an indicative figure in seconds.

04 · Agreement

Costs are made clear before you sign: base price, stamp duty and registration, and GST where a property is under construction. The all-in cost calculator lays it out.

05 · Registration & handover

The sale is registered and possession is handed over, on the agreed timeline, with the paperwork kept clean throughout.

06 · Aftercare

We stay reachable after handover. One accountable team, before, during and long after the papers are signed.

Financing & approvals

What a home loan involves, and what to verify before you commit.

Home loans
  • Financed by Indian banks & NBFCs, subject to each lender’s eligibility
  • NRIs repay through NRE / NRO accounts
  • Use the EMI calculator for an indicative instalment
Approvals to check
  • Layout / building-plan approval from the local authority
  • Clear title and an encumbrance certificate
  • Sanctioned plan matching what you are buying
  • RERA registration status, where applicable
Your all-in cost
  • Base price (the higher of price or guidance value)
  • Stamp duty + registration (varies by state)
  • GST only if the property is under construction
  • Legal, documentation and other charges

General information only, not legal, tax or financial advice. Charges and eligibility depend on the property, the state and your circumstances. Please verify all approvals and figures independently before making any decision.
