K-RERA registration is in progress. Until the number is granted, nothing here is an offer for sale, and we publish the registration number on this page the day it is issued. Once site work begins, dated and unretouched photographs are added below, newest first.

● Approvals stage
Clean title and the sanctioned building plan for the corner at #494, 15th Main Road are secured, and the K-RERA application is in progress. The next update here will mark site mobilisation and excavation, with dated photographs from the ground.
